awsome location, very clean and confortable rooms
rooms are very clean, bed is confortable, shower very nice, always super clean, coffee was available for free at the lobby anytime, location was AWESOME right in the Akihabara Station, a convinience store on the first floor, and and Starbucks right beside the hotel ️️️ and laundry room available 247

What was the highlight of JR East Hotel Mets Premier Akihabara
Just outside our window is a busy station in a bustling city.
The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was excellent. Easy access to the Akihabara station helped in getting around Tokyo.
The breakfast buffet was wide but there was no fresh fruit. The lobby was spacious but the furniture was uncomfortable.

Best Hotel for Anime World
Location was the best! Literally right beside one of the MRT exits and also ahead of the hotel was the Akihabara's famous electric street, go get your favourite anime merch or any electronics you need from there. Not only that, we actually got some small discounts with our hotel cards like the Hokkaido ice-cream store on the first floor of the hotel!
Some of the staff were having difficulty conversing in English. However, they do have a machine that helps them to translate. I think the newer staff were also lacking in confidence as they had directed us to the train station when we needed help asking for transport instead of looking it up for us compared to other hotel staff.

Amazing stay right next to Akihabara station
The location doesn't get any better for anyone who love Akihabara. It is also only two stops from Tokyo station and a great base for exploring Tokyo - and any day trips further out! The rooms are clean and ok for space. Staff were so helpful.
