awsome location, very clean and confortable rooms
rooms are very clean, bed is confortable, shower very nice, always super clean, coffee was available for free at the lobby anytime, location was AWESOME right in the Akihabara Station, a convinience store on the first floor, and and Starbucks right beside the hotel ️️️ and laundry room available 247

Clean, convenient, and comfy stay in Tokyo
The most convenient location for getting around the city, fun and interesting neighborhood (Akihabara), free grab-as-you-need bath salts for the soaking tub, and the breakfast buffet was not half bad.
No front desk staff in off hours, elevators are slow and infrequent, the luggage storage system they use is not secure, and the breakfast buffet gets very busy/crowded so eat breakfast as early as possible.

I'd definitely stay over there again
It couldn't be any closer to the station! You could even say it's practically inside the station. Really. Even though you're in the central part of Akihabara, it's absolutely peaceful and silently in your room. You can't even hear your corridor "neighbours". There's plenty of convenience stores close by. New Days, Family Mart, Seven Eleven... The coin laundry they have also helps a lot. It's really disputed to catch it available and you have to dry your clothes afterwards more than once, but it's the best budget option when you're staying there. They keep your luggage before check in for free if you have a reservation on the day.
Different from our previous stay, we got this time a room in the "Superior Area", which was located on the 4th floor. But tbh, when we were located on the 3st floor which is said to be less "superior", it was way better. Bigger room, more space to roam freely and the bathroom felt more spacious too. It's troublesome how the elevator ALWAYS automatically stops at the reception floor.
